unger is madness and the end of that is regression" this proverb teaches us to keep our self away from unger since it makes us fail to control ourselves and we end doing what should not be done.
Prophet muhamad peace be upon him says in one hadith ( he is not powerful according to his face or his looks but some one who is very strong is that person who is always patient with his heart in that time when he is insulted)
I conclude by saying people out there ,lets learn proper ways that can keep ourselves away from unger.
