And what couses unger?
Unger is a bad feeling you get un expectedly ,like your there in a conversation and some one joins your conversation and begins abusing you continuesly becouse he wants others to lough at you.
The qur'an says "exempt yourself from loughing all the time" and prophet muhammad peace be upon him say "truly loughing all the time it will destroy our souls" there is aproverb that says in arabic " awal al ghadhabi al majnuun wa akhiruhu anadaama" this proverb means ( the beginning of unger is madness and the end of that is regression).
Prophet muhammad peace be upon him says"it shouldn't be said that someone is powerful becouse of his looks, maybe he has astrong body,but someone who is powerful should be someone who goes patient with his heart when he or she is being insulted".
